A. Delivery Timeline

1. Products available in stock in Varanasi will normally be delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation and successful payment. 2. Products not available in stock in Varanasi will normally be delivered within seven days of order confirmation and successful payment.

B. Delivery Confirmation

Bolt91 will contact the customer to confirm the delivery address, availability and expected delivery schedule.

C. Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by product availability, transportation delays, weather conditions, holidays or other circumstances beyond Bolt91’s control. Customers will be informed if any significant delay is expected.

D. Inspection at Delivery

1. Customers should inspect the product at the time of delivery and immediately report any visible damage, missing item or incorrect product to the Bolt91 delivery representative. 2. For delivery-related support, please contact Bolt91 with your Order ID.
