CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

1. Cancellation

1.1 Once payment has been made, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns and Refunds

2.1 Bolt91 does not accept product returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection or any other reason after payment.

2.2 Customers are advised to review the selected product, model, configuration, specifications and commercial terms carefully before making payment.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

3.1 If a product or component is found damaged or defective, Bolt91 will arrange an inspection and facilitate the repair or replacement of the affected part in accordance with the applicable OEM warranty and approval.

3.2 The complete product will not be replaced where the issue can be resolved by repairing or replacing the affected component.

3.3 Any visible damage at the time of delivery must be reported immediately.

3.4 Other defects should be reported to Bolt91 as soon as they are discovered, along with the order details and photographs or videos of the issue, where required.

4. Warranty Claims

4.1 Warranty coverage, exclusions and claim approval will be governed by the respective OEM’s warranty policy.

4.2 Customers should refer to the Bolt91 Warranty Policy and the warranty details provided for the individual product.

5. Statutory Rights

5.1 Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Indian law.
